The first step in working with UpdateMe LLC is to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will assess your needs, discuss your goals, and develop a customized plan for organizing your space.
UpdateMe LLC offers a variety of storage solutions including shelving, cabinets, bins, and baskets. We also specialize in custom-built storage solutions to fit unique spaces and maximize storage capacity.
UpdateMe LLC takes client privacy and security seriously. We will never share your personal information or details about your home organization project without your consent. We also use secure communication channels and take measures to protect your home and belongings during the organization process.
After our initial consultation, a non-refundable $50.00 fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee covers the time spent discussing your needs and planning the services.
Please note, if upon arrival the scope of work or conditions during the walkthrough differ significantly from what was discussed in our consultation, your appointment will be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion. The $50.00 non-refundable fee will remain in place as it compensates for the initial planning and time allocated for your appointment.
We encourage clear communication upfront to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
We offer multiple payment methods to make your experience as convenient as possible. Please review the following options and associated fees:
1. Preferred Payment Methods:
We prefer payments through Cash App, Venmo, or Apple Pay, all of which incur no additional fees.
• Cash App: Send payments to $ivymilton
• Venmo: Send payments @ivymilton
• Apple Pay: Please contact us directly to arrange payment via Apple Pay.
2. Payments via Website or Other Methods:
If you choose to pay through our website or other online payment methods, a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be added to your total. For example, the non-refundable $50.00 consultation fee will be $51.75 with these methods.
